Return Process

  Contact our Indian support team via email or our official website portal within 30 days of delivery, providing your order number and reason for return.

  Technical Assessment

  Our technical experts will conduct a remote evaluation of your XPPen device to determine if the issue is software-related or requires a physical return.

  Secure Packaging

  Once approved, pack the product securely in its original box including all styluses, cables, and nibs to ensure no damage occurs during transit.

  Inspection and Refund

  After we receive and inspect the item at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
